Polls have a checkbox 'Display votes publicly', this flawed setting is used to fish for female accounts and is not good for privacy on other polls about more personal things.
@FloofyNewfie can you change the default poll behavior to have the public checkbox disabled. There is no situation I can think of where showing who voted for what is especially useful.
