well yeah, hindsight is 20/20.. that was literally the only recent activity that came up when i started looking for any information on the site being down, and i was already assuming the worst given i didn't know how long it'd been down before i noticed, because i don't log in every day. of course, it's just some randoms on reddit, so i didn't take it as guaranteed fact, but i was already assuming a law enforcement takedown so let's just say that didn't exactly alleviate my concerns. i just assumed as i always do that i was just missing some information, and kept looking for anything to prove/disprove those claims. obviously i didn't find anything, so i just kinda sat hoping for the best, waiting for the site to either turn into a domain seizure page, or hopefully come back.

I don't understand why people feel the need to "fuck people over". Although I get road rage when driving and wish I could do the pit maneuver on someone all the time... lol . Life is too short for negativity. Focus all your energy on creating happiness.

I don’t think it’s common knowledge that the person on here I’m referring to is infact the one that was arrested and shit. I’m only aware of it myself because friends of mine that used to know him awhile back but cut ties when they found out things about him before the arrest and raid and such.
 
As a zoo I take pride in my animals health and happiness, any one that does that deserves nothing but the absolute worst.

I get it, getting too many animals with out intending to, but fuck me so much help out there there is no excuse to let it get to that state they are skin and bones like that, gives all the idiots in the lame stream the gold they lust after to demonize us as a group. We should be our own police in that sense.

people can toss shit at me for many things, but the one thing they can't is the state of my animals!

Now that the formalities are out of the way... ZooVille is back. Here's what happened, a good portion of Zooville was hosted on Dogluver's server. Dogluver ended up disappearing for half a month (for no fault of his own), and unfortunately within that time, the company hosting the servers didn't receive their payment. After 7 days of non-payment, everything was wiped. Including Zooville, but Zoocadia and Zoo Writer's Guilde was also deleted as well. Luckily Beast.Chat was being hosted elsewhere.

Some of you maybe aware of Dogluver's partial device seizure a few months back. As far as we're aware, law enforcement would not have had access to the servers at any point before nor after deletion during Dogluver's absence. Everything was thoroughly walled off, obfuscated, and encrypted. However, by the time Dogluver came back online, it was too late. During this time, I was not able to get in touch with Sloppy on here. I was also not the individual that updated ZooVille's Telegram channel.

I'm going to try and get in touch with Sloppy to try and get some more information. I will update this thread when I have more info. For the time being though, expect errors and hiccups with the forum. There's going to be a lot of them, as most of our add-ons are broken and missing critical files.

To be honest, I'm surprised ZV wasn't gone for good. But not being able to reach Sloppy to verify if a backup even existed, I could not know what I could not know.

Tried visiting the site after a long time away only to see it was down. Assumed it was gone for good... so glad it's still alive! So rare for a well modded and well intentioned site to exist and survive this long.

Thanks to the mods for their work in getting it back online! :D❤️

My question is if dogluver had devices and whatnot seized by LE, was zoo stuff discovered on them, and if so it is highly suspect that they'd make a deal with him to give up the goods on this site for the purposes of taking it over as a LE honeypot. I'm not making accusations as to that is what happened, but it is impossible to not think that could be a potential scenario when LE gets involved with seizing the site controller/owner's digital devices.

It is very suspect that a hosting company would wipe a site's data after only a few weeks of non-payment. Usually payment cycles are a minimum of 30 days for example, and they don't just wipe everything giving a grace period. Sure storage is expensive, but not insane for a few hundred TB of a forum. Also significant sites are not typically on net 30 billing, it would be for many months , even a year. I suppose paying everything in crypto etc could complicate things so there is that.

I want to believe that dogluver was falsely accused, and LE dug through his devices and he had everything properly encrypted without LE ever getting access to ZV. It's just a far stretch for me, as once LE has their claws into you, even hiding passwords and such can jam you up in legalities, making the easier path to "make a deal".
 
I don’t think it’s right that mine and others posts have been deleted. There is substantial evidence that this user is somehow involved with an animal abuse incident, and highly like that he’s one of four individuals connected to a zoosadism ring in southern Missouri.
I’m sure I don’t need to point out that it makes Zooville staff look bad - complicit even - by deleting these posts and covering it up.

Delighted the Forum is back (though obviously sorry to hear about Dogluver's problems, my sincere sympathies to assume having to deal with that nonsense, that both sucks and blows)

As a "non scene" pervert I hadn't realised it the site itself that was down, I was was worried that the clampdown on sites available in the UK had meant this place had been added to the Naughty List (along with Kiwi Farms, theats to 4chan etc), but it's not the kind of thing you can safely Google

Now, back to my old bad habits, I do hope nobody has changed their ways in the meantime
