Very simple, you try to link a cess pool of a crap site, it blocks the link, and they do not want to advertise for degenerate abuse sites either, ergo list is hidden.

Totally off topic : Maybe you can explain to me that why would i need to last? You can also PM me for that and not waste the topic time. Or maybe you don't see any problem with a database or "blacklist" to ban people for posting something that is not approved or "approved".

Common sense is not trolling. Maybe MAGA needs to learn that one too. And then again i reminder "we have a censor/ban list we can appl,y" but "we're not going to tell what it is(until you post)".

You are not going to get banned though. I have said it several times already.
The forum will destroy the link and IF you choose to overcome the filter you will get a point.
That can lead to a ban eventually, if you do not learn from experience.

What filter ? AGAIN: What is it filtering and what are the perimeters ? If i'm doing tinyurl, anonlinks, google links or similar in the first place its not overcoming anything because i did not post anything to be caught by "the filter" in the first place.

We are not dumb. If you use a link that just leads to a banned site, it will be considered an attempt to overcome the filter.
Filtered urls are automatically rewritten to

www.pornSiteThatIsOnTheList.com -> www.FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!.com
The list currently has 20 domain names it will censor.
Typically people use less sophisticated ways of circumvention, but if you know you need to use a shortening service to post something you can not otherwise post, you know what you are doing.
