What's Good For Cleaning Toys

I know hot soapy water can be a good way of cleaning used toys, but is there anything more effective than this?

I use just plain antibacterial soap. For silicone toys you can just drop them in a pot of boiling water to sanitize.

I use the cleaner that the toy manufacturer makes (BD) toys aren't the cheapest plus they can be boiled for sterility. I've heard of people using a dish washer but seems sketchy to me

If the toys in question are silicone and have no electronic components... BOIL THEM!!!! In water for 5-10 minutes.

There's also antibacterial toy cleaner you can get pretty much everywhere that you can wash toys with which is fine. Just be sure to properly sterilize your toys before you store them away/let them be used by another partner.
