Would it be very cool to have some half-human, half-wolf jump out in the dark, bite your neck so hard you can't even scream, even though you're terrified, feel its teeth digging into your flesh, and only calm down when you fall breathless on Earth, half-eaten by something that shouldn't even exist?
Good thing that's impossible, because if that happened, you wouldn't be cool at all.

What would the world look like, if earlier in the Middle Ages and other earlier eras until now such misfits were not "removed" from society by national or religious law. Probably now - today such beings would not walk among us. But if they were not removed then, today they could somehow function in society, probably on limited rights, something like in the past (racial segregation in the USA). But who knows, we can only guess whether it would be so.
