No.
As far as I know they are not domesticated and not even kept as exotic pets. At least I have never heard of it. So the chance is negligible.

They’re interesting animals in general honestly. I don’t find them attractive in that way, but you never know what people will do nowadays, I mean, people will go for reptiles, so I thought why not ask, since it was a random question that came to mind, whether or not it should’ve been asked, that is up to interpretation.

I’ve heard of some weird stories/theories that mermaids were based on manatees, and that someone probably thought the fucked a mermaid… but nope. Could be jokes based in reality. I’m sure at least someone’s tried it.
