Training Home is Okay, Public Isn’t?

I got a new puppy about a month ago. Obviously not ready for activities yet as he’s only 5 1/2 months old. He’s humpy, but it’s the puppy overexcited hump, not sexual hump. Made me wonder though, when the time comes, IF he’s interested, how do I teach him public isn’t okay for even trying, home is? My last boy seemed to just know instinctively. I didn’t even try to train him the difference. But I’m a bit worried this boy, when he’s older, will struggle more. He’s already struggling with general training much more than my last boy did. I work at a dog boarding place where we can take our own pets while working, so he’ll be with me at work every time, meaning more chances he may try to initiate in areas he’ll be seen.

It is a young dog. Sonetines they hump, no one has odd thoughts about it except some laughs, pushing him away and some sort of "nasty boy you have" jokes after.

You scold him when in public, rest of people will do too... He'll get it in no time
