Text to speech for forum

Is there a way to get the forum output into a TTS engine. When I try it just treats header info.
 
What software and which OS/platform are you on? If you're on PC like I am, then I usually use a software by the name of DeskBot. As soon as you copy the text into your clipboard it's ready to be read out loud.
 
I'm on android. When I tried to select the text it would only let me do it one reply at a time. Is there a way to make it into flat text for the TTS engine?
