I'm still getting bombarded by ads for luxury foods, while I have friends in the disaster zone who are looking for clean water, let alone something to eat.
Could we coordinate a response system through one of the common retailers to help the pets, and the children, and maybe the adults. I am aware that most of us live on modest means, but it's a tragedy. Ten or twenty dollars would go a long way towards feeding a cat, housing a dog, or rescuing a horse.
