Question about name tags

I have seen many different tags under peoples names like lurker, tourist, citizen of Zooville, esteemed citizen of Zooville, etc and I was wondering what they mean and how to get them.

It has to do with the number of posts you have made, but I'm not sure about the exact details.

Settler is at 150 posts, Citizen at 250. Posts in fun and games don't count.
