Question about frottage with dog.

Would frottage with a dog cause harm to their penis? Cause I've seen people say they are very sensitive so would frottage hurt them or no not really if you go slowly and carefully?

If you use lube and do not rub it too hard, it should not be worse than using your lips or fingers.
When I do this I focus on the tip touching my tip and those things are naturally wet.
