Oy! You seem to be breaking every rule...

1) Wait until the 3rd heat, second heat minimum.
2) Make sure you are thoroughly washed. If your hand gets dirty after washing it, wash it again.
3) if the bleeding has stopped completely it's because she's leaving heat. That is one of the most dangerous time to engage in sexual activities.
4) Stretching takes time. Expect stretching exercises to last 1-4 weeks. Maybe longer.
5) if she looks uncomfortable, then stop all sexual advances.
