Mammals and birds have been seen masturbating. So lots of animals feel pleasure from some sort of sex.
In fact I would say that sexual pleasure is as old as slightly more complicated life.

It's a part of nature and it's omnipresent. We just don't understand the cognition of our fellow non humans enough. Hopefully we'll know more of it soon and understand the incredible minds of our four legged lovers, and see what they think about it, and how they like to feel it
