It depends on how you do it. Disturbing her cervix will definitely cause an abortion but you are rather unlikely to do that having str8 sex with a full sized mare. Fisting is a major no-no. Oral should be safest.
BTW, I knew one mare that was a screaming nympho from about her third month on. She apparently understood the risks because she would kick the stallion for looking at her too hard but expected me to keep her happy.
