Is beastiality still legal in Japan and few states of North America?

I heard It's legal having sex with animal or making a AV film of beastiality in 2018, Japan and also heard few states have no against law to having sex with animal in North America.

I wonder It's still legal in Japan and USA..

It's not truly legal anywhere here in the USA. If there is no specific law against bestiality they just charge you with Animal Cruelty in whatever degree they can get away with, sometimes going as far as making it a felony. Basically, anywhere in the country, you're looking at 6-12 months in jail for a first offense, plus potential life long registry as a sex offender. Life ruined.

That's too harsh..for making love with their animal😞

I think PETA lobbied all states to pass legislation to specifically outlaw it. I believe in Las Vegas and Hawaii, bills were introduced but never voted on. If I was to pick a country to move to (given I had to), an I was just starting out in life, I'd choose Japan, the southern part. Learn the language and enjoy the culture and history. A fabulous place. Low crime, respect etc.

Gee I remember when one could go to the old Swing an Sway rag when I lived in san Diego and look under the heading bizarre and met up with people whenever. Times have changed.

Fun True Fact: Back in 2007 when my friend studied in Japan, he told me that zoo porn was one of the only kinds that don't get censored.
Human sexual organs get also censored in bestiality though. It's just the animal's genitals that aren't censored. This makes sense, since there's no shame associated with unclothed animals in public or animals having sex out in the open anyway. It's only us humans who cover ourselves and don't tolerate people publicly displaying their primary sexual organs. It seems like a simple, consistent application of this rule over there in Japan.

It's odd for Westerners to see girls giving uncensored blowjobs to dogs, but no uncensored media of women giving blowjobs to men, because we have additional prohibitions (i.e. of practicing bestiality) and are less consistent about the taboo concerning our own genitals – as in don't show it in public, unless via recordings, where it's suddenly big business. Of course there's some logic in the Western approach, too, which allows minors and people who don't want to be confronted with it to avoid being exposed to human sexuality, while giving those who want to see it the opportunity to do so.

Just applied for the passport.

Assuming you are in the US, you still have to worry about our government arresting you prior to leaving for "intent" to commit acts that are illegal in the US, even though they are legal in the country you will be traveling to.
We really do have a fucked up legal system a lot of the time.

Nah, theres no legitimate law against it, no matter where you go somebody can call you out for animal abuse but thats their opinions... its about as legal as the US's internal states allow... unless i'm wrong
I'm in Nevada also, but I thought it was ruled as animal abuse rather than just sexually illegal.

I'm a Nevada man, no laws against it... legal here! Like most other things that arent legal in other places... cum on by! Lol
Sadly, no longer true as of 2017. :( Was hoping, because it's the nearest state near me where I read it was still legal, but nope:

Here's a couple helpful resources for everyone as to U.S. laws (always check to see if it's the latest, because the laws are always getting more restrictive, never less so.) (And I don't agree with the purposes/philosophies behind these resources, but they are helpful resources.)

and now there's PACT, a federal law, which has limited application but is still worth knowing about:
.

Starting July 1 it will be a misdemeanor if convinced. Our governor just signed a law against "beastiality"

Punishable by no more than one year in jail, or a fine of not more than $1000 or both.

As far as other state laws go, seems not too bad. A few states classify it as a misdemeanor.
