I wouldn't bother telling them anything at all. Tell them as much as you want to, they will still not understand. Don't bother.

Another one of these... you think they would care? Laws are created out of emotions. While at the same time they say keep emotions out of meetings. It's where hypocrites can finally get a paycheck for being a hypocrite.
