"Anyone who bypasses search filters like this axxhole will be banned" what does bypassing a search filter mean? Just wondering.

He linked a site that the mods removed, I paid it no mind but it must have been against the rules or something, as to bypassing the search he was more or less straight out asking me to go wherever said site was and share instead of posting a request or searching for it here.
 
I would surmise from reverse puzzling it together and some logical cross-webbing it with general knowledge that what is meant is to write banned topics in a purposefully screwed-up way. Merely for demonstration: If "tomatoes" were banned on this webpage, the mods might want to use a search function to alert them if someone writes this word. So evasion would be to write "t0m4t0es". A human can figure this out, but a computer cannot find all permutations just so.

Ohhh writing in alternative text like bypassing azz instead of using ss you use look alike symbols/lettering. If im correct.
