How to confess to someone you know is into zoo?

I was in a meeting with a small group of friends at my house and among so many things when they left, one of them forgot his cell phone, out of sheer curiosity I decided to take a look at his phone (clearly without any bad intention) and ended up finding quite a few searches from zoo porn in his history

There were some specific sites so he knew what he was searching haha, I know his family has a dog but I have no idea if he likes to have "good times" with his boy

So Yeah, I would love to confess that I'm also into it and finally have a irl friend that is also into this but I'm pretty scared.

What if you don't want to admit it and accuse me out of anger? Or if he threatens me after making the confession?

He is a good friend but you never know how he will react to these things that are usually kept so secret

I know that curiosity can get the better of people sometimes, but curiosity can sometimes kill the cat. Good intentions or not, (although this is in no way a good intention) that is an invasion of somebody else's privacy. No if, ands, nor buts about it. If I found out that a "friend" of mine was snooping through my phone and was snooping through my internet search history, I'd be pissed to say the least. It doesn't matter if this "friend" turned out to be a zoo. I would no longer trust this individual with any amount of private information and I would actively work to distance myself from them. I would also feel venerable towards the threat of retaliation, backstabbing, and or leveraging if we ever got into some type of argument. If I trust someone enough to tell them that I'm a zoo, I AM the one to tell them.

Honestly David, drop it. Forget that you ever saw it in the first place. There are ways of making zoo friends, potentially even locally, and this isn't one of them.

Yeah I guess u are right, at first I just saw it like something funny like we always send porn just for the laughs and stuff, I was expecting just to find xvideos searches and make fun of it like we always do haha

But yeah I would be very anxious if I was him, guess I just go too excited for finding someone irl that is into this haha

How's " Mind your own business " sound? Youve already invaded your friend's privacy piddling with his phone. Now, like a lot of people, you'll use what you've discovered to put your friend in a position he may not feel free to say 'no' to?.....That doesn't sound like a friend....sounds more like a stalker. Drop it, if you really ARE his friend.

Ye it was a dumb idea, I wasn't really trying to be a stalker u know in the group we always take each other phone to send dumb messages or take a bunch of picture or stuff like that haha but yeah I will show ignore it

Sending legal porn to one another is a different situation than finding out that someone is a zoo... or at least is interested in zoo porn. Although, if he has a family dog there's probably like a 70% chance he's doing some type of naughty activity with him or her. But you have to understand that if his brain hasn't been fried from the sun, it's something that he knows is not only illegal, but potentially life shattering if someone found out about it. You have to understand that people have had their lives utterly and irreversibly destroyed by having information about their zooish activities get out publicly.

I'm glad we could talk a little sense into you on here... at least. But in the future stay away from people's search histories and stay off of people's personal devices. They're called "personal devices" for a reason.

Yeah I was thinking like, "if he is into zoo like me he will also want to find like him, just like me" but yeah it is pretty dumb haha, I will delete the post just in case people get mad haha, thx for the help

Honestly reading this thread was a wild ride and kinda a similar case with me and a few friends, though i often have a soft personality and i always try to be kind.

I'd admit, upon self reflection, i often try seeing if they'd be interested in something similar like ferals and i always respect if they are only for the story and fantasy rather than IRL, but at times i think i push too hard and it's always difficult to tell with text-based messages as it can't convey the other stuff like tone and body language.

All in all it is to find a balance between security and discovery, everyone does have their own way and methods in balancing that but it always help to gain insight of what others do ^^
