How does joining groups work for new users?

But it says i need to increase my posts activity to be able to join a group? do you think it refers to participate in threads or does it mean i need to create more posts? i dont want to make it look like im spamming i just wanted to join a group

Just make small posts in and thread. Dose not have to be much. But you need to make 10 of them. To get more privileges
