there's nothing wrong with starting small, it's safer for you, and your wallet. There's no point buying a more expensive, bigger toy if you can't do shit with it. Trust me once it's inside you don't really care if it's realistic or not
 
As someone who isn't very stretchy, I'd totally recommend a small. You can always work your way up to the big ones!

Absolutely you should! The beat bet for something as close to the real thing in a size that would work for you as a beginner is probably the Exotic-Erotics Silver. I have the unflared version and its always a good warmup toy for me, especially if I haven't played in awhile. I can take Silver to the hilt (about 11in iirc). The other one I have is the EE Charlie. Both are incredible and I bought Charlie thinking I'd never be able to take him (his head is 2.8in in diameter!). I practiced for some time and now I can take him about 1/3rd of the way without any issues, I just can't get him very deep.

I have one, only ever fit half way but was well worth the purchase. Ensure you enjoy it and are properly stretched. Injuries on them feel worse than others (at least to me)
