They do indeet throb, they pulsate a bit when the penis is errect. They are consistently squirting the semen for up to several minutes, while the knot is inflated. A little with every throb. Sure, the body temperature is warmer, but that doesn't help distinguish the semen itself too much. It was sure it was there, but not super obvious in my case. The ammount or the pressure of the semen squirting is not that large, much more clear to feel is the pulsation of their penis itself. At least from my experience.

The pressure trying to push it out is of course greater with turn tie. I preffer to get myself into that possition. Dogs usually don't like to stay on your back for too long, it's not exactly comfortable position to them either. But them sliding off your back and trying to change the way they stand is the trisky part, when you are most at risk of him ripping the knot out too soon. Therefore, I rather carefully try to get us backwards. Then he is much calmer, standing stabily on all four, and both of us can safely enjoy it. Depends on particular dog, I guess. Not only breed, but individuals tend to behave differently. You can see that even here in the porn, that some dogs are getting of fast, and some are calm and try to be gentle. Mine was more on the gentl-ish half. I think it depends a lot on how large his member is. The bigger the knot and cock, the tighter the fit and the less space for all that cum to go.
