We've decided that moving forward we will be taking a stricter approach to Fence Hopping and Owner Hopping on the forum. This new rule was added on the 4th of April, 2023.

[HERE] is the initial update, and [HERE] is where the rule has been added.

This new rule states:

"7. Threads which pertain to fence hopping or "fencehopping" and owner hopping are forbidden.
Fence hopping =
Trespassing onto someone else's property to have sex with an animal.
Owner hopping = Having sex with animals you have permission to be with, but not have sex with. (e.g. dogsitting, dog walker, stable boy, etc.)

Threads which contain users admitting to or encouraging either will be removed and the user given a warning strike. If a user is caught posting media content with them self (pictures/videos) of either, said media will be removed and said user will be permanently banned. Admitting to prior instances of fence hopping or owner hopping isn't necessarily against the rules, especially if said user expresses remorse for their prior actions and/or doesn't encourage the aforementioned behavior."

Threads/Posts prior to the 4th of April, 2023 will be shown a little more leniency as they did not violate the rules at the time. Threads/Posts after the 4th of April, 2023 and onwards will be subject to this new rule in its entirety.

Awwww... You guys are just hopperphobic!

(Sorry, couldn't resist :) )

what is with strays or wild animals (just having ,,fun,, then dump then back on the road), those threads appear here too

As far as wild I couldn't say it better than
Wild, if the person survives to post then it is a simple consentual encounter in the wild, Have fun!

For strays, YEA fuck that. The animal already has no home, not by choice or nature, it's likely hungry, sick, and mentally just done. Those animals need care, not to be dragged into a dingy bathroom, like that one porn thread in MF dogs, molested and or fucked, then sent back on their way, without so much as a how do ya do. THAT'S disgusting

Edit to add: I didn't mean to come off as if you were attacking anyone or anything btw, I just hate these people too

That's fine I only own mine ones. And don't see every dog in a sexual way anyways. I never abuse someone trust in me wile with others canines.

No, no, no, no, no! You're doing it all wrong! You didn't call 'em an "ist" or a "phobe"! Bad saddle! No Murphy's Oil Soap! :)

Murphy's?.....Jeepers Crispus!....That'd ruin my saddle for a century and I'll be needing it right around then!

Edit for clarity:

Nah....I strive for original sins, not these fish head copycat sins....I mean really, haven't the fellas in the low castle heard all that before?

I have a question ablut this: lots of people speak of the "family dog" but that's basically just a way of saying a "dog that belongs to my parents or other close kin". Wouldn't that be in violation of the owner hopping rule?

when its ur close family it can be ok , i think the dog its part of ur family (as long u live there as a family) - if its ur cousins or grandmas or other -hands off

but be sure all actions can lead to detection and then u have problems in ur family

I'm not necessarily against pragmatic exceptions, I just think both rules and exceptions to rules should be carefully considered (and motivated): if the rule is that you need the consent of the person that bears the costs and responsibilities of ownership, then I don't find it consistent to make exceptions for "family dogs". If co-habitation is the key then you could also make the case that your room mates dog is fair game if you all share a household.

ur room mate is not ur family - but feel free to ask him, if he is ok with it and if the dog allows it too then there is no harm done go on with it

Thank you for this rule. My horses are my dearest companions and are not mere objects to be used for some rando's physical gratification and if I caught some stranger trespassing on my property attempting to do that, my reaction would be quite extreme. I started with nothing and have worked damn hard for many many years to be in a position where I can have horses in my life and to build the relationship that I have with them and the way I look at it if this is something you want bad enough, you can get out there and work just as hard as I have for it or give up and move on.

People looking for edge cases and reasons to have sex with an animal, the basis should always be consent. Consent of the apparent owner. If you are infatuated with an animal and you have access to the house, the owner needs to be aware and consenting to your actions. It's a good guideline, and of course there's grey areas when you have permission at one time but not another, so individual cases can be debated, but remember that the owner of the house, owner of the animal, should always take priority.

What about strays , like it’s worse to take a stray to your home have fun and kick him out again

There may already be a rule covering that special sort of cruelty. If not there soon will be. Dont get all het up to virtue-signal
What about strays , like it’s worse to take a stray to your home have fun and kick him out again

Stick to the topic

If you plan to take a animal in your home. They shouldn't be used for gratification then kicked out. If you're planning to take care of someone you get the whole package of them not just the stuff you want.

Good idea.
But, how will you enfore that when the majority of content here is ripoff from other places, posted without any comments? Fencehopping at dusk may be easy enough to identify, owner hopping next to impossible.

The stance I have as a content creator, is that I want my material viewed, but vague enough to protect those I film. When I share it, either in private or publicly, like here on the forums, I want it to be seen.

If someone wants to take credit for my videos and share it further then I can distribute, I don’t have a huge problem with it. They can claim they made it all they want, but the quality of work usually sets me apart.

If any creator shares what they have made, they have to be prepared for it to show up in places they disagree with, and be seen by people they don’t know. It’s the state the internet is in right now.

It’s still possible to call individuals out for peddling others content. It’s usually pretty easy to spot, but it’s going to be impossible to stop the practice as a whole.

I have my opinions on making content and others resharing, but that is not what we discuss here.

My qusetion is how the staff here will be able to enforce the fencehopping/ownerhopping rule, when almost all posted contents are bulk uploads without a single word about the content of a video file. If you want to know what this or that video is about, you need to watch it. And the staff needs to watch it to determine if it i against this rule. I think a regular fencehopping video may be possible to identify in some cases, but certainly not all. It will be next to impossible to identify an owner hopping situation in such conditions. We had owner hopping videos here, soeone said that the fun was with a friends dog. That i a clear case. But as things are now, how would they determine that out from a video, or pictures posted with no description at all?

In general I'd say "In dubio pro reo" or innocent until proven otherwise.

If the video is good on the animal part and there are no reasons to suspect, it is fine. If at a later stage reliable information is known about being against rules, then apply them.

That could be the uploader commenting it was the neighbors dog, or the owner of the animal or other close party recognizing the animal or place and providing enough evidence...

And I mean, you may recognize your zoo friends dog, and it is not him or his house in the video, but it *might* be he really let that person, so better ask him and doublecheck before shooting a report.
