Favorite painting?

Waterhouse, The Lady of Shallot. I can stare at it all day (I have done), I have a print on my bedroom wall. We have the same colour hair. It's a very romantic, pre-raphaelite painting. I have lots of favourites!

Gorgeous! I love the fairytale aesthetic and realism (and yes beautiful hair, I'd like to say I have it as well as it's thick and wavy) of the pre-raphaelite art.

Probably Bierstadt's "Great Falls of The Missouri" or Ma-ta-to-pe, or Four Bears, a Mandan Chief painted by George Catlin in the 1820's

Lovely, there's a Renoir in the Burrell Collection in Glasgow which I used to visit on a regular basis when I lived up that way. I like it very much, and which I'm gonna include here as it's close to how you may appear also. index.jpg renoir.jpghope you all like it,

I think my favourite artist has to be El Greco cos his use of bold colour was so far ahead of his time.

Anything by Bob Ross. Grew up watching him paint on the free TV. I can barely make a happy little tree when I paint, but I can't say it isn't fun when I try painting along with him.
