That sounds interesting, will have to try this the next time I'm in Italy. (y)
Unfortunately "German" pizza made from Turkish / Anatolian people is rarely up to the Italian standard. I had some Greek which made enjoyable pizza, but he went back to Greece a few years ago. His pizza almost tasted like in Venice's more "less tourist-located" areas, as such pizzerias which are made for the population.

But might only have half the pizza with tuna and the other half with spinach, I like spinach on pizza (not all do).
