Does anybody elses boy " upskirt " in public ?

Have recently taken to mostly wearing jeans when taking my fella out in public as he developed a tendency to putting his head up my skirts looking for " it " instead of waiting till we were home. Do others experience similar ?

Like today they spent 15 minutes eating grass clippings like sheep. I didn't try to correct it , they seemed to enjoy chomping on the clumps of grass. I don't get it but hey, they probably don't understand wearing clothes.
