15519 Yep, shouldn't take much longer.15518 You're getting ever closer to the number 5 spot!
Might happen sooner than you think. Thanks to Nothing oddly enough and his sockpuppeting. The more I look into knotinterested the more I realized just how many ban worthy rules she's broken and got away with. But I'm torn because "she" literally hasn't logged in since 2020.15519 Yep, shouldn't take much longer.
Unfortunately not. I can many recall one or two times my Newfie girl has placed her head on my lap. But in general, when she's in a "cuddly" mood, she likes to lie down on my feet.I know she doesn't care to cuddle but does your newfie ever want in your lap or just lay on top of you? My labradane enjoyed doing both, probably because of the noises I made ?

It wouldn't have to be all the time really. I just sort of wished she'd cuddle even a little more. I don't want to be one of those "dog people" that cuddle their doggos against their wishes where you can tell the dog is just putting up with it. I figure, if my girl comes around, she comes around. But if not, that's her choice. She could always get more cuddly in her elder years.15522
While it's nice to have one that wants to be as close to you as possible all the time the being living mattress or seat does get a little uncomfortable when the doggy in question is the size of a miniature horse ?

Indeed, indeed!15524
That's me, I love when they want to lay with me on their own, even if it's for a few minutes.
She's definitely still a work in progress. I only recently got her over her fear of raised hands. She was the type of dog that would cower in fear if you went to go pet her head. It took a lot of reassurance, but she finally understands that if I'm reaching for her it's for love, not abuse. That type of cowering response is typical for dogs that have been beat on. Now she loves are head skritches! It instantly puts her in a good happy mood.15540
Broken homes can cause some strange behaviors sadly, at least your littler girl is in a better home now Floofy. I sometimes wonder if that's why my girl is so clingy. She did not live well before she came here.
