Can a knot injure?

I've read a lot on this board and it's been immensely helpful. There's one question I have, though. This is specifically regarding a male dog topping a human ass.

Let's say someone who was completely inexperienced took a knot from a very large breed, say a Saint Bernard.

Provided the human did nothing stupid (e.g., try to rip the knot out, etc.) and nothing out of the ordinary happened (e.g., the dog simply fucked the human and knotted), would\could a knot that's very large actually injure the human? Or would\could it simply be very uncomfortable\painful?

For context, I have been fucked by one dog and it didn't knot. I am considering buying a large breed (perhaps a Saint Bernard) and being its bitch. If\when I do and it knots, and I start feeling that pressure (I know from experience because I have an inflatable toy), should I be concerned it might actually rip me or can I relax, knowing at the very worst, it's just pain?

Thanks in advance for your help!

That in no way answers the question. It shows a guy in pain but it doesn't answer the question at hand. Hot video, though.

Yes, I've seen at least one video with a small woman and large dog where her ass was torn and bleeding afterward.

Unless there's a full-blown "rip that sucker out while it's swollen to full size and rock hard!" grade pullout, it's *EXTREMELY* unlikely that there will be any injury worse than discomfort. So long as it's in deep enough, the knot is swelled up in an area that's VERY flexible and stretchy - Enough so that the chance of inury is so ridiculously small that there's little point in even trying to quantify it. Of course, it's *POSSIBLE* that someone incredibly tiny/abnormally built could have a problem, but even such an exception would barely make a blip on the "danger radar".

In short:
Theoretically? Sure. A dog knot *COULD* cause an injury without a pullout in exactly the right (or maybe "wrong" would be the better choice of word) situation.
Practically? Such a case is so unlikely as to not be worth bothering to waste brain-power considering the question.

Was it internal from the knot or just that the knot came out too quickly and it tore the anus? Could you tell?
It didn't look like the dog pulled out quickly; in fact, it was a pretty relaxed pullout. I assume it was because it was an ENORMOUS knot and her tiny little butthole couldn't stretch that far. Sure, they can stretch, but there are limits.

Butt what do I know, right? I've only had decades of problems with anal fissures because of chronic severe constipation and trying to force out giant rocks the size of a Soviet submarine every 2-4 days. For that matter, maybe that was her problem -- an existing small tear from everyday bathroom activities, and the dog pulling it apart and making her bleed again. Might not have been caused by the dog himself.

Okay, that's super reassuring. That's kinda what I thought, based on the guide pinned to this board, but wanted to hear others' perspectives. Thanks so much for this.

I hear you! A butthole can stretch like...7 inches?...I think l, so it would take a very large knot indeed. Perhaps she was resisting? Or maybe she had a tear already, like you meantioned.

so far @UR20Z is the only one who said anything of worth "i wanna know something"-wise. "i watch porn" and "i've never done it but got an opinion anyway" is probably the worst kind of "advisors" there is.

i never had any issues taking it up the butt (no prior preparation with toys or anything, canine penises are the first and so far only things going in and i intend to keep it that way). you need to realize that a dog doesn't "get hard" in the same way we do before sex nor do his knot inflate before doing so. if everything goes well his thing will go both in and out more or less pencil-sized regardless of his breed. i'm not saying it's not possible to get an injury, just very unlikely... they can miss before getting more experience doing it and painfully hit you as there is a bone inside their penis (it hitting you right on the rim or balls is nothing nice to go through, believe me), he can also get spooked or just trip while you're tied and then it will go out at the speed of gravity (especially so if it's larger boy like a bernard), tho these risks can be mitigated by guiding him in with your hand before he gets the angle of entry right on his own and making sure there's no clutter for him to trip over and the location is "spook-proof" enough....

Agreed but I didn't wanna sound like a jerk. Haha.

So I'm talking about just the knot swelling inside the human itself. I know about the physics, watched (too much?) porn and did it once. But I don't know about knots from experience, so working to learn more.

I definitely get that if something weird happens it can hurt and I know about hem inflating when they're inside you. Main question is that once it's inside and swelling, can it swell so much that it is dangerous? It sounds like the answer is no.

you can call it sounding like a jerk, i call it being honest...

i guess what can or cannot happen when the knot is inside depends on each individual... or how well you know your butt. i mean, there are ppl prone to anal fissures just from taking a larger number two. or prolapses... i do think it's very rare, i don't consider myself being "just lucky" to not have any of the sort happen to me.

if you want to be supersafe and don't mind sticking stuff up your bum, i suggest getting any of the dildos with inflatable knot and just try.

If you're doing it anally? Probably. Even with people, there's a lot of risks with having anal sex.... so be careful.
Vaginally is a different story. I'm almost 100% sure you don't need to worry about being injured. I'm sure it's not impossible, but i've literally never had to worry about it. The size differences between you and him might cause discomfort, but you can more or less go nuts if you're having sex vaginally.

Depends what you mean by injure. I've had occasional light bleed afterwards even when I felt no particular pain. Other times some irritation or soreness for a day or so, but that's been rare for me. Once in a while it doesn't feel right as his knot expands inside me. In that case I kind of have to endure it for the duration, but there are no longer term issues once he's out.

I take xxl breeds. I can't answer based on personal experience because I took a careful path to getting up to size. I have noticed that when you stretch beyond what you're used to you bleed a bit. I suspect that it is broken capillaries. If you take a saint Bernard with no practice I would expect a good amount of bleeding.

I think the only one who could answer this for certain is someone who has tried it. Then you'd have to consider they may be a bigger person than you, and also I've heard people have variations in their internal anatomy and limits. Experienced people can take a Saint Bernard without any preparation (besides cleaning out). In the beginning it felt like no prep smaller dogs were HUGE, and then only huge dogs felt huge, then they feel normal but still a lot better for their size. That makes me think that stretching out your insides is a longer term change. If giant dogs change you physically then I suspect those changes were necessary and bad things could happen if you go in without any training.

Some zoos say that the rectum can stretch a crazy amount and the only thing you're training is your ability to relax and overcome your reflex to tense up and push out foreign objects (the void reflex). That if you knew how to relax you can unlock your rectum's full potential immediately and comfortably. It just didn't feel that way for me.

I suggest you get a Saint Bernard. You seem to have the desire and there is nothing more motivating the having the dog you want to take right next to you as you train (or don't). Also, taking a Saint without training would be a large amount of unceasing pain for 30 minutes that you cannot acclimate to because he keeps moving around, pulling, palpitating, and it gets worse the longer it's in there. 0/10 would not recommend.
This is super good context. I have an inflating dildo, so I'll start practicing with it regularly. You're right; that doesn't sound pleasant. Haha.

Thanks! Is he large? And what I mean by injury is actual "you need to go to the doctor\hospital" kinda of injury. Something bleeding a bit is no biggie IMO.

I would think it may different for a man.

It doesn't need a stupid human for the knot to get ripped out. A dog who trips when getting off your back can be all that it needs. And yes, there is a possibility of injury from a ripped-out knot. I personally know someone who went to the hospital. Luckily it didn't turn out to be as bad as he feared it was due to to the amount of blood. I have also heard stories from inside the zooey sphere of people who have permanent anal problems due to it. It's not something that people would talk about proudly, but if you pose the question a bit differently and address specifically people who got injured or make an anonymous poll, maybe you will get some more insight.

I've once had a light injury from anal sex which took about a week to heal, that is until pooing wasn't a painful act anymore. Not too bad, but I didn't have a St. Bernard in me either.

For context, I have been fucked by one dog and it didn't knot. I am considering buying a large breed (perhaps a Saint Bernard) and being its bitch. Consider using "he/him/his" pronouns when you are clearly writing about a male. "It" sounds as if you were talking about furniture.

I have been with many different dogs big and small my first male dog was a mastiff, I have never had any other problems than that I have had super pain a few days in my pussy. But of course you have to be a little careful with mastiff and grand danois if this is your first time.
With me it will be ass so doesn’t stretch nearly as much. I have played with toys all my life but nothing as big as a mastiff

That's probably very unusual
Of course you get hurt in the beginning. based on personal experience.
I hope to find out . Going to be stretching as much as I can. Will probably get a smaller breed but of course size doesn’t always equal cock and knot size.
Those bassets are very well hung

The first time I took a knot it ripped my ass. It was my fault. I was around 14 and I had only taken a dog a few times and I didn’t know they had a knot. It was in the middle of the day and I was in the hallway of my friend’s house with his dog on my back and it was the first time I was able to really enjoy him with no pain, and was really enjoying it. I thought I heard something so I went to stand up not knowing he had started to knot. When I stood up he ripped out and it hurt like hell. I learn a valuable lesson that day. I wasn’t able to take him again for a few weeks until I healed.

Wow glad you were ok

Great points all around, including the "he" pronoun. Thanks for the call out.

Right, but I'm talking about anal here.

You've bled afterwards? Did you end up ok? It's never happened to me, but that sounds really scary...
