I've seen this before. I truly hope the person who bought it knew exactly what they were trying to say.
 
There"s a high probability that someone punked someone here. The concept isn"t new. Quite a few years ago, the National Lampoon magazine carried an advert for a sticker that looked like a woodscrew in a two inch circle. The ad's pic showed them placed over " I <3 my ( breed)" so to cover the heart. These were produced; it wasn"t a fake ad for the venue. I actually saw one on a vehicle that read( with the sticker) " I screw my pet rock". Hilarious for five minutes. I doubt the pictured one above was legitimately placed by the vehicle owner.

Go to a furry convention and wander around the parking lot / garage and you'll find plenty of real life examples of such stickers.
