Very grateful to be let back in to ZV, thank you so much to the mods.
I was wondering if there’s a way to contact mods other than DM, like a non person specific email inbox?
To explain, I had an old account here but let my Proton Mail account lapse (that I set up just for ZV). I couldn’t see any content on ZV and didn’t realise all I had to do is update my email account. Instead I chose the hard road and set up a new Proton Mail and ZV account.
Both accounts banned by ZV due to spam and I couldn’t DM anyone to explain the situation, because well both accounts were banned.
It was only because a friend I’d made on here managed to contact the mods on my behalf that I managed to get one account unbanned.
I was pretty bereft not being able to access ZV for months haha and fear something similar will likely happen again in future because of my ineptitude with all things tech!
I’ve diarised to send the periodic email from my Proton Mail account to keep it alive!
