A sub-forum for IM begging threads

Recently had a thought that it would be nice to consolidate and restrict all the threads begging for invites into non-existent kik/telegram/discord/whatever groups into a single sub-forum. So they're not cluttering everywhere else with their pervasiveness.

The rule of no posting names/links would still apply but the threads would be out of the way, and every new lurker that makes a thread "are there any * groups" can be pointed to the single forums with a hundred threads where they MIGHT find someone foolish enough to invite a complete nobody.

The zooville chat threads could be pinned there as well where they're "easy" to find.

Plus I'd be easier to police the rule breaking name/link posts as they're all in one place.
 
Much better than wasting space for all the garbage threads would be deleting them with a warning not to post another and banned if they do, it's getting ridiculous how many of these useless posts there are.
 
I have not been on telegram for a while but if it is in any way comparable to the matrix chat on here, the chances that a group survives longer than a few months is pretty low. Chat groups tend to die quite quickly. They go silent and that may be a factor why a lot of people are constantly looking and making new ones.
