Welcome, but you know what you are doing and plan to do with your neighbor's dog is called owner hopping and a big NO... About adopting a dog.. A dog should be your best friend and family member and not just a sex object....

I obviously can’t speak for him, but something to note is he’s F to M so he was not born with a penis, I do not know if he underwent surgery to change that to some degree, but many trans men choose to use hormones and some have “top surgery” which reduces the size of their original breast to a more masculine form
