tbh I think the demographic shift is more so one of sexual acceptable rather than "queer people are *also* getting into zoo!" Correlation vs Causation.

The correlation being the fact that newer generations tend me be more accepting of social taboos. Couple this with the modern age of the internet, specifically it's impact on how people are able to discover topics like Zoophilia, and you're going to have an influx of lgbt aligned members!

People who discover themselves today are able to join communities like these because they're also readily available. Older Zoos who might've joined zoo forums would have to tough it out against social expectations long enough to see the rise of forum based communication. By then, one could reasonably assume the "kink" was "ironed out".

I found this form quite literally by googling "Zoophilia" and my state lmao. I suspect the same is true for other members as well...

As for the concept of Zoophilia itself, I've always had an interest in sexual taboos. We are all here for different reasons, and I'll be transparent with the fact that I personally have an interest in animals because of a taboo dynamic preference, rather than finding animals particularly attractive (The exception being ponuts lmao).
