Well I don’t know about the knot or full on penetrative sex but when I let a dog lick me it’s definitely more powerful than when I masturbate. In my experience, female orgasm is *almost* but not quite as guaranteed as you'll ever get. The few who haven't orgasmed were ALL held back mentally, rather than physically.
