Haven’t yet, but nearly did with my Dane. As his knot grew, it would stretch me out a bit before popping out. Note, he is my first and he doesn’t get to full when he pops out. I’d like to guesstimate he gets to around 2” before he gets too big for me. Imma keep trying though. I want to get stuck to him so we could lay together on the bed and I could feel his warmth inside me and on my back
