I personally find Marines sexier. I’m almost positive it’s because of the uniforms.
 
I always find it funny how the major branches fight against each other. But not only the branches themselfs but also inside the branches and that this is true for most of the organized armys in the world. Even though this is a pretty pointless discussion.

Obviously pointless to you....its not a fight, its a rivalry, going back to a much earlier and simpler time....and....since my Father was Army, and my Mother was Royal Navy....it bears a point you will never understand. Enjoy the day

Well, it's kind of like this... Various branches will tease each other most of the time in good fun. However, if you are a civilian teasing, for example, a Navy member to try and score brownie points with a Marine member. You can expect a verbal ass-whopping if not worse from both of them. They do not take kindly to that, and pretty much only the various branches are allowed to tease each other.

Well a discussion means that there are more potential options or answers to a certain topic. In this case there are no other options since erverbody who can think straight knows that paratroopers are the best and that is a fact. :p;)

And i didn't meant tto say fight, i just couldn't remember a more appropriate word.

This might be true for the US armed forces but not for the forces i served. There were only the paratroopers who had any pump qualifications noone else.

Well, everybody's got a job....for some folks its going out a door....in The US Military jump-qualified applies as a Skill, not a job. They pay you extra for it generally.

'Tis so....it was a big deal at the time....one of the most important battles of the 19th century, since it limited Bonaparte's expansion. He had cross-channel dreams. Nelson wrote done to that.
