What are some games that no matter how hard you try, you just haven't been able to complete?, For me one such game is the amazing "Lakeview Cabin Collection". I've watched Mattshea play it, read walkthroughs, but no matter what, I just can't beat it, the only one I came close to beating was the...4th movie I do believe, (the one based on Halloween) as in that one you're actually supposed to die, the others however, I am able to progress to different points in each, but in general I can't get through any of the episodes.

GTA III. I tried as a kid but couldn't ever get to the point of unlocking the third island. I might be able to complete it nowadays, but honestly I haven't tried.

That's why I don't really play older Rockstar games, that's always put me off, the lie of an "open" world. Instead of coming out and saying at the start that in order to access everything you'll need to play through the story

Well don't get me wrong, I still do love love LOVE GTA III, San Andreas, and Vice City. GTA III is what got me into video games in the first place. But I've beaten GTA SA and VC with and also without cheats. GTA III is just the only one I could never fully complete, at least not at the time. GTA IV is okay, but the story is WAY too repetitive. GTA V is definitely a step up from GTA IV for sure, but this time around the missions were way too easy.

The "Open World" genre just means that you are free to play around and explore the map outside of missions. It doesn't take in account that some of the map may be locked off if you don't complete the story missions.
