In some way (mostly in exploits) youre right (sadly). They do it for money. But in some way its nice to see how those girls getting knotted.
I have never paid for these studios for any type of content but seen many of their videos already. Rather would pay for a random person (girl) to see her while she getting knotted in person. But not for a video that I can get on the clear & dark net anytime.
