I can only give an owner's perspective but my husky knotted 6 different girls and they all said the knot swelling up inside them was the best part. All were first timers and most came back for more fun. Every meet was a smashing success. My boy had what I would describe as a medium size knot, but still large enough to satisfy. My advice would be not to go too big the first time out.
