Yeah there was a big story back in 2014/15 about it when it became illegal. The dogs were treated extremely badly!
Romania & Hungary i had heard of but wasn't too sure.
Romania is a nice place! But I don't like the lack of laws in protecting animals.

That's always the catch! Any time a government "allows" bestiality, it's not because they want to be zoophile friendly amd understand that nonhuman animals deserve to have a choice in who they are mates with, it's because they don't give a fuck about the welfare and protection of nonhuman animals and they couldn't care less if you have consensual sex with your horse or tie them down, drug them, rape and kill them.

Because they get weapons from the West (they would be in the red a long time ago...), which make the war unnecessarily long and kill a lot of people, while constantly putting Europe at risk, not to mention the economic problems. Their insane prime minister is sending his own people to their deaths.
Can blame Putin, but Ukraine and the whole EU/USA are just as vile ass. It would all be over a long time ago.
When someone lives in a neighboring country that was razed to the ground during both WWs, I can't fucking feel sorry for the ukrainians. They shouldn't have even started.

It's a case of countries where bestiality is NOT illegal. Seems there are VERY few, if any, these days. What's contemptible is the utter hypocrisy where an animal can be abused, exploited, even murdered BUT loving intimacy is considered a crime. Of all species I find my own the most 'morally' repugnant...
Russian's didn't give them a choice. Mass graves were being filled before the war. Left over from WW2 and "reused". There's also China to factor in. The problem with Russia is with how their soldiers are trained. Suffice to say they're not trained well. It's worse then a school filled with bullies. Remember, the Russians are executing civies here. With their hands tied behind their back. That means Ukraine is put in a position where they have nothing to lose. Their only option is fighting back.
It also comes down to our most basic resource. Food. Russia has a history of taking food from Ukraine. Which has been known to result in mass starvation in the past. This in turn leads to mistrust with Russia. Ukraine and Russia is basically one long civil war. If it was your farm, your food, then what do you think? Now farmers are protesting in large numbers. It's not a safe job anymore. Drones hitting tractors wasn't exactly what farmers had in mind.
As for beastiality, it's a common kink even if it's illegal. Behind closed doors it's whatever. You might be hard pressed to find a place where it's out in the open though.
