Apparently you don't realize that a deer is a prey animal, with one of their main predators being humans, which means that in the overwhelming majority of cases, a human approaching is classified "daedly danger - FLEE!!!". which makes getting with a deer a very unusual situation - one which is rarely filmed, for any of a number of reasons.

There *ARE* cases of folk who keep deer, and who can therefore spend the (VERY LONG) time required to get them acclimated to human contact, then convince them that they aren't gonna be eaten if they don't run away, and then the time it takes to get them to allow sexual contact...
