The only thing that protects you is the reputation of the seller. Does anyone know if there is a test to check for platinum cure body safe silicone vs cheaper silicone?

Flame test is your best bet.

Any cheap "silicone" is going to be mixed with other rubbers that will cause it to fail a flame test.

? i have the very same toy, it does feal really amazing for the price and the silicone use is not bad. It is comparable to Bad dragon toy, the firmness is nice and the knot super easy to take in.
