Receiving Previously Mated Male K9

Full disclosure: this question isn't for me, but for a friend of mine. As a result, I may not be describing the situation perfectly. I've never met the dog in-question and am trusting what I've been told. I'm also not a zoophile myself and am mostly on this forum for curiosity rather than sexual gratification. If I'm a little slow on the uptake, please be patient. This is all pretty new to me.

Earlier this month, a friend of mine bought a male boarder collie from a less-than-reputable breeder. The dog is about 1 year old, unfixed, and was not trained. My friend is a zoophile, but he cares more about having a companion than a sexual partner. The dog had a tough time adjusting to home life and it later came out that he had mated before my friend bought him. My friend is interested in receiving and is worried that he might not get a chance to mate with his new partner, given prior sexual experience.

The dog has unsheathed before while cuddling but my friend is still concerned about their future. He's not in a rush, but just wants to know if the sexual part of their relationship is ever going to get to happen. He's worked very hard to get a dog and I want to make sure that he's able to get the most out of the relationship. I told him that since it has only been a couple weeks, it's reasonable that his new partner would want to take things slow. Do you guys think his concern is legitimate or that time will prove his fears wrong?

Thanks in-advance for any replies. I'm sorry if this came out a bit muddled. Hopefully, some of you will be able to point my friend and I in the right direction.

I don’t think there’s any reason for his concern here. There should be no link between his dog’s virginity with female dogs and his will to do it with a human. For most dogs, sex is sex and even if they might look a bit more enthusiastic when doing it with female dogs (hormones and smells help, also damn are bitches sexy), they’ll be very content to do it with a human too, if done right of course.

Just tell him to go slow and wait until his new mate is 18 months to 2 years old at least. And if he doesn’t already, tell him that he should read other people’s experiences as well as the How-tos here, it will help a ton for both of them to have a fulfilling intimate relationship.

Thanks for your reply. My biggest piece of advice to him has been just to take things slow and that seems to be helping. He's a good guy and I want what's best for him in the relationship, especially since I'm pretty sure I'm the only person he talks to about his attraction to dogs. I've told him about this forum before, but he's hesitant to join and I completely understand why. Still, the advice helps. Thank you.

Border collies are very intelligent dogs that need attention, training, praise, and play. Males especially seem very focused, so taking things slow while building a bond based on training is the most important thing. @wilderknot is right, your friend needs to check out the how-to's and wait until the dog is old enough. Unsheathing isn't everything! A dog's penis is very sensitive to dryness and discomfort outside of the sheath so he needs to be careful.

Tell your friend not to get impatient. A couple weeks isn't a long time when the dog is a year old. And tell him not to rush into mounting, there's plenty of fun in licking and stroking to get them through. It could be months or more before the dog is willing to mount him but the wait will be worth it.
