No idea how to start...

Well, I started by joining this forum. I'm bi, and I watch zoo porn here and there when I 'accidently' stumble across it. Usually men with canines.

I don't know what exists, or what kind of logistics would be involved. But ideally, I would like to find a small group or something in my area. I'd love to watch some zoo acts in person to warm up, then maybe participate. I have no expectations. And I do understand that I've only been on this site about 10 minutes. Philadelphia burbs here.

Just remember to read the site rules so you don't get in trouble. You also need at least 10 messages before you can PM. Most new users ask about that

this kind of "How do i start?" threads are getting kinda grating lately.... how do you start if you're straight or homosexual? do you also go look for "special groups" which let you watch or join in? why would it be any different for zoosexuals?

gotta love the general assumption there's some "special kind of logistics" in place, like some number of ppl getting together to pass a dog around or whatever. you do know animals are not sex toys to be passed around in some "special groups", don't you?

I notice a pattern. And these people always have the same intentions

YouAreAFukinAss. Welcome to your community / lifestyle; I hope everyone isn't like you.

The community is welcoming, but as a new person you''re probably missing some context. I would read some more and try to not take some of their comments personally. For those of us who've been around a long time we see a lot of people who come in and don't care about the non-human and treat it as though it's an object, a thing to be used when desired and set aside when inconvenient. It's a very selfish approach which can lead to the non-human being abused, it's also a somewhat common perspective among some sub groups here. It's entirely possible you are the kind of person they are reacting to or it's entirely possible you weren't as expressive as you could have been, or perhaps ignorant of the possibility.

Their intent is to try and reduce harm, I'm not sure it's useful strategy, but it can be disheartening at times being here as someone who loves our companions to see others treat them as sex toys. I don't have anything against someone having sex with a non-human who isn't in love with it so long as all parties are willing and there's no harm or exploitation.

Try to be less defensive and try to see what they might be getting at, it's fine to disagree, we all have different perspectives. That said, abuse is not tolerated (not implying that you are or would be abusive, just trying to offer perspective).

Thank you for your message. Yes, I should not have been so hostile, but I didn't see the message in the way you presented, and took it as a negative; I have too many negatives these days, hence the irritated reaction. I understand also, that I'm an outsider to this, as I've only been on the site <24 hours, and that I'd naturally be seen as suspect.

My 'just starting out' was because I don't know how to initiate this topic, nor am I familiar with any terminology. Due to legality reasons, it's not the same as initiating an online hookup or anything. Hence my comment about 'logistics'. Im nervous, and I don't fully know what I'm looking for, but I'm here to find out.

I love animals more than people, so I'd never abuse, or watch the abuse of, an animal In any way. It's most definitely not a passaround at a party. I've seen films ranging from loving positive interactions to ones that are gruesome; my intent is to stay on the side of positive interactions.

Again, I honestly do appreciate your perspective; thank you.

Thats not at all what I meant, and you are a total dik

On the internet people can only judge your intentions based on what they know about you which here comes from what you write and how you write. So you have to learn to put effort into what you write, that includes reading what you wrote and guessing how people are going to react to it.

Up to the comment above you did not appear to be much different from the usual non-zoo fetishist who likes to watch and that is basically all that has been known about you.
Hello. It may be a longshot, but if you ever have a couple that wants a voyeur to watch them play, keep me in mind. I basically have no experience with anything, but interested.

This is why you got the reaction you got.

A common way many of us get started in this is by putting ourselves in a position where we can provide for a companion ourselves. It takes dedication and comes with no guarantees, so it often seems ridiculous for someone who's new and isn't even sure this is for them.

Part of the problem is that there are many who want experiences but don't invest the time and effort into making it happen. Not judging, we all have different lives and some of us no doubt would love to but just cannot manage it, others don't care and just want the sex.

Good to hear your perspective on non-humans. I would say if you can't provide for one then hang around and get to know people so you can have an idea of who's a poser, who's an abuser, and who's genuine. I've never met with another zoo for the purposes of a hookup, but I've met a large number of other zoos and I've had some offer opportunities. One has to understand there's a high level of trust involved; not because of legal risks but because a companion is precious and one is not likely to risk them for some random person (and if they are, is that the kind of person you want to be meeting with?)

Some valuable information. Thanks for taking the time to write this. Some of us get kind of tired of repeating this stuff 4 times a week in thread after thread.

If people treated this like a social media site and not a depraved fetish hook up site, things might go differently. I dunno.
When I first started talking to girls online who were into this I treated them like people and not whores who want to fuck animals. It worked out pretty well.
If you don't know what you're looking for, don't be influenced to do something by someone who wants you to do it for their benefit.
